Was I Chosen To Be The 21st Century Martha Mitchell?
The WaterGate Break-In Occurred on June 17, 1972. Which just so happens to be my birthday. Was I picked to carry this cross because of my birthday? The eerie similarities between Martha Mitchell's circumstances and my current one are uncanny. So I ask - Was I Chosen To Be The 21st Century Martha Mitchell?
The Martha Mitchell effect is the process by which a psychiatrist, psychologist, or other mental health clinician mistakes the patient's perception of real events as delusional and misdiagnoses accordingly.

Did Police Use 'Mind Control' To Get Me Out Of My House?
4 police officers came to my door. They said they wanted me to step outside and talk to them. I asked them if I was being arrested, they said, 'no,' that they wanted to ask me some questions, "get my side of the story." I said that talking through my screen door was acceptable, and I would answer any questions they had. They insisted I step outside and discuss this, as I wasn't "being arrested."

The hand-face gesturing I encountered on this day by the officers is a technique of gaining "control" of a subject through sophisticated Mind Control techniques. I suspect, using hands to touch ones face is one of them. It's a form of hypnosis.
What would be the statistical probability that all of the officers would touch their faces so often in a 20 minute period of time?
My father, who was also present, never touched himself in the face, and neither did I during this encounter.
Did the officers really use "mind control" techniques on me?
Why, after debating the 4 officers for so long did I finally leave the safety of my house then?
After about 20 minutes of this back and forth banter, after telling them to leave many, many times, I shut the door figuring they would leave. I went out my back door on my property, and was surprised by an officer running, yelling, holding his hand to his gun, "Get down on the ground." I did what the officer said and was kneed in the head and pinned with my arm by 3 policeman. The 4th policeman was keeping my father away from the takedown, I'm assuming so he couldn't see the brutality. My father is 82 years old, and on a few occasions, these officers tried to lure my father from my front door, as I protested this wanting my father to stay with me.
On the ground, I had the full force of three men pressing me into the mud, and could not catch my breath. I couldn't breathe and thought they were going to kill me. An EMT then came over and injected something into my wrist while I was on my belly in handcuffs. I felt the searing heat of a needle being jabbed into me. I squealed due to the pain. I also asked him "did you just inject me with a needle?"
I have the whole event on video tape and the false arrest I have audio as the video camera was knocked from my hands. What are the laws of asking police officers to leave your property if you are not being arrested? I showed them I had no weapons. Once I had been in handcuffs I was searched and had no weapons or anything illegal.. They brutally took me down on the ground and hurt my left shoulder as I still do not have total mobility as my right shoulder..
I spent 8 days in a mental hospital for a misunderstanding. I had to take dangerous drugs for 8 days. I still do not know what they injected into me while I lay handcuffed on the ground. I have pictures of my injuries to my wrist and scar on my wrist that has resulted from March 13, 2014.

This is the movie trailer I came up with from some of the photos Mark Deutsch took at the June 2010 movie trailer shoot. The trailer is a bit primitive, but don't forget, not one scene from the movie was shot at this point. This was just a test to see if we could do it. Hence, the different movie title - which is not all together unheard of to change. The Beatles, HELP! movie was originally named '8 Arms To Hold You.' However, the music was all there, intact, complete. At the time I had been recording and mixing my new album, Kyrie. The movie theme song was always intended to be that character's music. The movie and music were inspired by him.

Did I Discover A 'Bugging Device' In My Wall Clock?
Man Finds 'Bugging Device' in His Wall Clock
An American citizen, for years has been complaining of illegal harassment and surveillance by covert factions. Now, after 3 years of complaining, he suspects he has found the smoking gun.
Yep, it's me. I decided to test my theory of being illegally surveillance' by dismantling a clock I bought way back in February, 2011. The clock was to be used in a scene in a movie I was producing. The scene that the clock was in was subsequently not used in the final edit.
I bought the clock from a seller on Ebay. The seller sold military items of interest.
The back of the clock had the words, "Good To Go 2-2-11"
The clock had since been displayed on the living room wall since that time in early 2011. My wife used the clock to know how much time was left on her piano students time, as she is a piano teacher and the baby grand piano is in the living room.
When I began to dismantle the clock, my wife was most displeased. She was actually quite pissed.
Fast forward to January 2014. While taking apart my clock, I found a disturbing device, that by the looks of it seems to be a transmitter. I found what appears to be a copper wire coiled around a cardboard spool, near by to it, a tiny capacitor. I immediately suspected that I had been bugged - for years!
The device I found in the clock reminded me of the insides of the walkie talkies I played with as a child.
I'm not a professional when it comes to such matters, but I suspect that the item in question is a bugging device.
Am I 100% sure this is a bugging device? No. But I am 100% sure about everything else.

Kyrie Cast Member: Daniel Kaplan - Get Well Soon!
This picture is from the 2006 Long Island Film Festival that featured my first movie, "Rocco at Cedarmere." Dan Kaplan, who is in the picture, next to me, was also in the movie that had him reciting an original poem of his. We are standing in front of then Glen Cove Movie Theater. From left to right: me, Dan Kaplan (whom I wish a speedy recovery as he is recuperating) Louie Bianconi and not sure of the last guy. Dan Kaplan starred in my movie, Kyrie. Dan was a pleasure to work with. Dan went far and beyond the call in helping to make my movie. Some of you may know Dan from Starbucks in GC, as that is his favorite place to drink coffee, read the NYT, and chat with customers. Hoping Dan is feeling better. By the way, it was Dan who literally saved my movie when Dan not only played his character in the last thrilling scene, but also played the other part of the bad guy in costume when the lead actor could not make it to make the scene. So it was Dan's character shooting himself (the bad guy) in the last scene. Great Scene, Great Actor. Below, some picture stills from the movie, Kyrie, featuring Daniel Kaplan.
